Shipping and Refund policy

Delivery times

If you are in Australia, you can expect your graphics to be delivered within 7 days after the design is approved.

For international orders, we will post the graphics within 3-5 days after the design is approved and it may take 7-21 days to get to you depending on where you live.

Returns Policy

In the rare case that you find our product to be ‘not as ordered’ or defective we will replace the pieces at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours via email ( support@omegamotographics.com ) with your order number and details of your issues, and we will get it resolved for you right away.

Please note that we cannot accept a return for design reasons. We only print after you approve the design, so making sure everything is correct before approving it is your responsibility. 

We cannot accept returns on items that have been customised or made for you.

Please note that for all custom items that are made to order, once the design process has begun, we cannot offer any refunds or returns.
